The "Big Man BM48" and the GEM LSV's (which the commissioners approved) are no different than the "Tomberlin Emerge" cars (which are not approved) that are being sold by Ada Electric Cars. I don't get it... I do know that Ada Electric Cars did have written and verbal approval from the State Commissioners for the Tomberlin LSV's early last year until the September renig.
