Richard A. Bennett 

Mr. Bennett is a CPA and co-founding shareholder of Bennett Thrasher Accounting in Atlanta, GA. Prior to that, he worked in the Atlanta office of Price Waterhouse LLP from 1974 to 1980 as an Audit Senior and Tax Manager. Rick graduated with honors from Georgia State University and became a Certified Public Accountant in 1976. He is a member of the Georgia Society of CPAs, the AICPA and is licensed to practice in Georgia. Rick is Past President of DFK USA, one of the world’s largest associations of professional accounting firms and business advisors.

     
Max Heckl  

Max Heckl

Mr. Heckl is the CEO of Ampcontrol Inc., an Oklahoma City based distributor of electric vehicles and equipment. Prior to that, Mr. Heckl was the CEO of Hetronics which custom designed radio remote control systems for heavy equipment. He started the company in 1982 and oversaw its international expansion to nine locations on four continents, and a client list that included Boeing and NASA. Mr. Heckl sold Hetronics in 2008.

     
Christopher Hollod  

Christopher J. Hollod

Mr. Hollod is an associate at The Yucaipa Companies, a premier investment firm founded by Ron Burkle and based in Los Angeles. Mr. Hollod also helps manage A-Grade Investments, Mr. Burkle’s venture capital fund. Prior to that, Mr. Hollod was an investment banker for Wachovia Securities where he was involved in a wide range of corporate finance activities including debt and equity offerings as well as merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Hollod graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Vanderbilt University.

Michael S. McQuary

Mr. McQuary is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Prior to joining the Company, he was the CEO of Brash Music for 5 years. Before that he was the President of the ISP EarthLink after its merger with MindSpring for 2 years. He was the President and Chief Operating Officer of ISP MindSpring for 5 years. Prior to MindSpring, he served for 9 years in a variety of sales, marketing, operations, and management positions with a division of Mobil Corporation.

     
Bahson Stanley  

T. Bahnson Stanley

Mr. Stanley is a partner in Ellis, McQuary, Stanley & Associates, a private equity investment and consulting firm based in Atlanta. He is lead director of Outdoor Channel Holdings, Inc. For 11 years, he served in various positions for Landmark Communications, a large privately held media firm. He held senior operating positions for The Travel Channel and The Weather Channel and was a Founding Director of Television Food Network. From 1985 to 1991, he was Vice President of Investment Banking with Scott & Stringfellow. From 1980 to 1985, he held various positions with Landmark. From 1978 to 1980, he worked for Worrell Newspapers and Broadcasting, Inc.
