We want our drivers to be proud of their LiFe, and to truly enjoy the experience of owning and driving our car. To that end, we make it easy for drivers to give us feedback – through an online driver forum, phone calls and emails. This way we can constantly and consistently improve both the car and the driver experience. Driver suggestions get reviewed with our CEO every week, not to a middle management quality committee that is somewhere in the confusing hierarchy of a big company org chart. We proactively reach out to drivers to understand what they like about the car and what they would like to see improved. Happy customers tell their friends and neighbors about the car. That’s why you’ll see clusters of Wheego drivers in particular areas; their enthusiasm is contagious.
